RETURN & EXCHANGES:
I offer full refunds or product exchanges on PRINTS for up to 30 days after a purchase is made.
There are currently no returns, exchanges or refunds on ORIGINAL WORKS.
All (prints) orders can be returned for a full refund and/or exchange up to 30 days after your purchase have been confirmed provided the merchandise is not out of it's packaging.

SHIPPING:
I ship via USPS worldwide.
U.S. orders typically take 7-14 business days to receive, and other international orders take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.
If you are in need of upgrading your order to Priority or Express shipping please contact me and I'd be happy to assist you.
Other upgrades can be made for insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Please contact me if you would like to arrange any of those upgrades to your order.
*Original artwork (not prints) purchases shipped to the U.S. do receive automatic upgrade of tracking/insurance.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
*Please inquire within your countries laws for information regarding any duty fees to be charged when receiving your package. Unfortunately this is not a fee I can add to your shipping cost and might not be applicable in all countries when you purchase online. Please contact me if you have further questions.
RETURN SHIPMENTS-ADDRESS ERRORS:
Wrong Address - If a customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to my studio or printing facilities. Which will be liable for reshipment costs, paid by the customer.
Once we have confirmed an updated address with you, and postage is paid, I can repost it out to you.
MISSING PACKAGES:
If a package is not received & the tracking shows it is in transit with no updates, It might be lost in transit. If a package is listed on its tracking as delivered, but you have not received it there are three possibilities:
1.The tracking update was one step ahead & it will turn up in a day or so.
2. You were out so its at the local post office waiting to be collected.
3. It was delivered on your door step & someone stole it.
The best thing to do is call your local office, give them the tracking number & they will give you more information. If it has been stolen, then it goes off the shippers insurance & you must file a claim with them.
DAMAGES:
Unfortunately sometimes things get damaged in the mail. Posters, prints and original works on paper are shipped in tubes for best protection. If for any reason your order is damaged in transit, I have insurance for that. Please message me to let me know and send a few photos showing the damage. I will be able to promptly send out a new order for you.
If your artwork does not arrive as appears in the listing the same applies after reviewing photos I shall replace it right away.

Payments are being processed through Big Cartel platform. Big Cartel keeps your payment information secure. Big Cartel shops never receive your credit card information.

All artwork is copyrighted by the artist, Elinor Mia. All artwork purchases from this shop are not for resale value, and do not transfer any copyrights to the purchaser.

All prints in my shop can be custom printed to different sizing. The following sizes are available for print on a heavy bond paper:

I also offer prints on canvas roll and ready to hang canvas as well, if interested in printing on that method please contact me for a quote.
